Peter Stephan Jungk is an author of novels, essays and scripts, and directs movie versions of his own works. He grew up in the United States and after 1957 in Vienna, Berlin and Salzburg. From 1974 to 1976 he studied at the American Film Institure in Los Angeles. Since 1988 he has lived in Paris with his wife and daughter.
